RULER Implementation Planning at the District Level

Workshop Overview 

This virtual, half-day, intensive workshop is designed for district administrators focused on the effective district-wide implementation of RULER. Participants will gain insights into how successful districts have navigated RULER rollout and identify key strategies for supporting their schools. 

Participants will engage in discussions focused on building school-based RULER implementation teams, conducting needs assessments, aligning curricula, and formulating other effective strategies for seamless RULER integration. Participants also will learn how to leverage data to inform implementation plans and align RULER initiatives with broader district goals.  

By drawing inspiration from success stories in RULER-trained districts and engaging in reflective discussions and planning sessions, participants will emerge from the workshop equipped with actionable plans tailored to the unique needs of their districts. Moreover, they will become part of a dynamic network of district staff and leaders dedicated to fostering emotionally intelligent learning environments.

Build a District-Level Action Plan: Integrate RULER into district-wide policies, practices, and curricula.
Strengthen Relationships: Learn strategies for fostering collaboration to facilitate effective RULER implementation.

Monitor and Evaluate: Establish systems for monitoring progress and evaluating the effectiveness of RULER implementation.
