RULER Training and Implementation Support Package Includes

  • Year 1
    • Two-day training institute for a team of 3 to 5 school staff/faculty
    • Virtual group coaching sessions
    • Electronic newsletters to support with RULER Implementation
    • Webinars covering topics that strengthen implementation
    • Access to the RULER Online implementation support platform for administrators, faculty, and staff
  • Year 2
    • Virtual group coaching sessions
    • Electronic newsletters to support with RULER Implementation
    • Webinars covering topics that strengthen implementation
    • Access to the RULER Online implementation support platform for administrators, faculty, and staff

Training Details

  • 2-Day training institute at Yale University in Orange, CT
  • Breakfast, lunch, and light refreshments included both days
  • Day 1: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
  • Day 2: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
  • 3 (minimum) to 5 (maximum) participants per school (one administrator plus 2 or more educators or mental health professionals in the school)

Considerations

  • Please complete only one (1) registration form per school team. The form will ask you for the names and email addresses of all training participants in your team.
  • As trainings tend to fill up quickly, we recommend you register your team early.
  • Please check your email inbox for communications from our team to confirm your registration and training logistics.

Please note that applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the training is at capacity.

High schools that enroll in the “RULER for High Schools: Student and Educator Performance and Well-being” study receive:

  • Training in RULER for a school-based, five-person implementation team in a cohort of other high schools
  • Two years of in-depth implementation support, including individual and group coaching sessions
  • Support with data collection that informs implementation
  • Participation in a network of like-minded high school educators
  • Complementary access to the annual RULER Implementation Conference
