RIDE launched the WELL Initiative to support staff wellness, www.wellinitiativeri.org. This symposium will include RI resources and provide additional tools to build on systems approaches to staff wellness. Research, resources, tools, and experts from the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence will guide the leadership symposium.
