Jennifer Hay, LMSW, is the Client Relations Coordinator at the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. Prior to joining the center, she has worked at Yale for 7 years as a Researcher in the Department of Pediatrics and on the Contact Tracing Team at the School of Public Health during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Jennifer holds a M.A. from New York University in Social Work and a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire in Social Work. She has extensive experience working in New York City at various non-profit agencies providing mental health and substance use counseling as well as housing support for formerly homeless adults. She lived and worked in the UK as a Child Protection Social Worker. A Connecticut native, Jennifer currently lives in North Haven, CT with her husband and 2 young children.
