  • Network Engagement: Engage with other district leaders to build dynamic RULER rollout plans.
  • Monitor and Evaluate: Identify data to monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of RULER implementation.

Workshop Overview

“RULER Implementation Planning for District Leaders” begins with an interactive three-hour workshop followed by two one-hour follow-up sessions. Conducted entirely via Zoom, the workshop and sessions are designed for district administrators focused on the effective district-wide implementation of RULER. Participants will gain insights into how successful districts have navigated RULER rollout and identify key strategies for supporting their schools. Discussions will focus on building school-based RULER implementation teams, conducting needs assessments, integrating initiatives, and formulating other effective strategies for seamless RULER integration. Participants also will learn how to leverage data to inform implementation plans, align RULER initiatives with broader district goals, and apply AI resources to plan more efficiently.

Drawing inspiration from success stories in RULER-trained districts and engaging in reflective discussions and planning sessions, participants will emerge from the workshop equipped with actionable plans tailored to the unique needs of their districts. Moreover, they will become part of a dynamic network of district staff and leaders dedicated to fostering emotionally intelligent learning environments.
